The process involves total immersion of the steel parts in a molten zinc bath at approximately 450°C. Unlike standard painting, galvanizing creates a metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel. This results in a coating that does not flake and remains highly resistant to impacts and the most aggressive environments, such as coastal zones or heavy industrial sites.
